What if a tool stops working or breaks during my rental period?
At Alberta Tool Rentals, every tool is thoroughly inspected and serviced before each rental to ensure it’s in excellent working condition. If you encounter any issues with a tool during your rental period, simply reach out to our team to request assistance.
What should I do if an item is broken, damaged, or missing?
At Alberta Tool Rentals, your rental fee includes the use of equipment and normal wear and tear. Additional charges apply for loss or theft of any rental. In case of loss or theft of your rental, Alberta Tool Rentals will charge 80% of total cost of Tool, Battery, and Charger.
What information and deposit is required to rent from Alberta Tool Rentals?
At Alberta Tool Rentals, payment is required before renting any tools. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Debit for your convenience. Deposit amounts vary depending on the rental, so feel free to contact us for specific details. Companies can also apply for credit accounts for easier transactions. An Alberta driver’s licence is required for identification. Please note that a higher deposit may be required for alternate identification.
Is it possible to reserve a tool for a specific date?
Yes, we offer reservations! Most tools can be reserved by calling us the day before and providing your name, phone number, desired pick-up time, and a list of tools. Please note that we cannot guarantee all tools, batteries, and chargers will be in stock at all times.
Is delivery service available?
Alberta Tool Rentals offers convenient delivery and pick-up services, with Purolator as our dedicated carrier. We deliver across Calgary and throughout Alberta. If you’re unable to return a tool after use, scheduling a pick-up may be more cost-effective than extending your rental period. Contact us for pricing details. Please note that delivery and pick-up charges are not included in the rental fees.
